Licenses

We generally offer 3 types of licenses for our products:

  • Personal Licenses (printable posters only)
  • Restricted Commercial Licenses (all products)
  • Full Commercial Licenses (all products)

Our licenses are only valid in combination with the invoice of your purchase. You are advised to save these documents in the same location. If we suspect that you might be in violation of the terms of the license granted to you, we may ask you to provide proof of purchase and licensing in the form of these and, if so required, additional documents. Should you fail to provide this proof, we may take legal action against you.

Our licenses our granted only to the entity listed on the invoice and are not transferable in any way. If the entity listed is an organization, then the item may be shared with all members of this organization as long as they are associated with the organization. Any limitations posed by the license, including the number of allowed copies, are imposed on the organization as a whole. Should a member leave the organization, all access to the licensed item should be denied to them from the moment their position is terminated. If we suspect that your organization or one of its current or former members is in violation of the terms of the license granted, we will hold the organization accountable and may request, in addition to proof of purchase and licensing, proof of association of any and all members suspected of violating the terms. Should you fail to provide this proof, we may take legal action against you.

Definitions

The following definitions apply to all our licenses.

ITEM refers to the purchased item listed at the top of this document, both as a whole, and any separate part of it, including new items clearly derived from or including (part of) the original design.

One COPY refers to any duplication of ITEM in digital or printed form including but not limited to artworks, cards, promotional materials, products, design resources, etc. If ITEM is used as part of a template, layout or video, then each view of any instance of that template, layout or video counts as a COPY. Limitations apply to the total number of COPIES of ITEM across all forms of duplication.
